About Jen

Jennifer found yoga at a point in her life when she was consumed with anger and spiraling into depression. Although she had been taking classes for several years, it was after enrolling in a weekend workshop, that she discovered yoga was more than asana.

Jennifer received her RYT-200 from Asheville Community Yoga in Asheville, NC in 2012, and her 500-RYT from Subtle Yoga in Charlotte NC with an emphasis on yoga therapeutics. 

Jen has practiced a variety of yoga styles but believes one should practice what feels good today.
